Dr. Parulkumari Bhati, holds a Ph.D in Human resources Management in the area of HRM practices and Job satisfaction. She brings in a vast academic and administrative experience of 12 years. She has worked as a faculty with Saurashtra University and Nirma University and Gujarat Technological University , guiding PG-UG Students in areas of Human resources, Organizational behavior and General Management. Dr. Bhati holds a certificate in AMT (Accredited management Teacher) awarded by AIMA (All India Management Association), New Delhi in the area of Human resource Management. She has qualified NET (National eligibility Test) examination conducted by CSIR and UGC. She is a member of Board of Studies, Atmiya University, Rajkot has three books and several research papers to her credit. She has attended various conferences National and International repute.
